1.CALPET(Total Engineering plasic)
CALPET is the Total Engineering plastic having Calcium Carbonate(CaCo3),Thermoplastic resins,
Dispersing Agent Anti-oxidant,Slip Agent and Heat Stability Agent.
CALPET can be performed better productivity,heat-stability,processing,printability, dimension
stability.
CALPET can be used easily with thermoplastic resins owing to it's pellet type.
It has a unique effect that CALPET is the increasing agent of final product's quantity.
2.Specification
It is convenient for you to use CALPET because of pellet type and putting the mixture of invariable
ratio of CALPET into the hopper directly.
In spite of having a very high CaCo3 content, but CALPET has a excellent dispersion effect.
CALPET has almost a uniform pellet size, don't bring out dust and don't adhere to the wall in a hopper
or tank. so it is an effective automatic operating system.
Because of the same weight that a pellet of CALPET and polyolefin resin,it is an excellent dispersing
effect to blend them in the mixing machine over 20 minutes.
CALPET is a Total Engineering Plastics having an affinity for environment and it is a pollution-free
composite having hindered bending,prevented shrinkage and non-conductivity.
CALPET is composed entirely of CaCo3 that is absolutely self-sufficient in domestic.
