CACO3 Masterbatch is the Total Engineering plastic having Calcium Carbonate(CaCo3),Thermoplastic resins,
Dispersing Agent Anti-oxidant,Slip Agent and Heat Stability Agent.
CACO3 Masterbatch can be performed better productivity,heat-stability,processing,printability,
dimension stability. CACO3 Masterbatch can be used easily with thermoplastic resins owing to it's pellet type.
It has a unique effect that CACO3 Masterbatch is the increasing agent of final product's quantity.
2.Specification
It is convenient for you to use CACO3 Masterbatch because of pellet type and putting the mixture of invariable ratio of CACO3 Masterbatch into the hopper directly.
In spite of having a very high CaCo3 content, but CACO3 Masterbatch has a excellent dispersion effect.
CACO3 Masterbatch has almost a uniform pellet size, don't bring out dust and don't adhere to the wall in a hopper or tank.so it is an effective automatic operating system.
Because of the same weight that a pellet of CACO3 Masterbatch and polyolefin resin,it is an excellent dispersing
effect to blend them in the mixing machine over 20 minutes.
